If you would like any inclusions added to your keepsake (colors, flakes, shimmer, glitter, sparkle, roses, etc.) it must be added to your cart! Please communicate with me exactly how you want your finished product to look, so I can know and understand your vision. I want to make your dreams come true!

If it is not added to your cart or communicated to me at checkout, I can’t guarantee it will be done. Please be as specific as possible on the look you’re wanting to achieve.

Double and Triple check your order before submitting. Orders CANNOT be changed once submitted (unless I state otherwise). Please message me with any questions. I am here to help you create the perfect keepsake!

The faster you ship your inclusions to me, the faster I am able to begin handcrafting your beautiful keepsake, so please, do not delay shipping!

I will let you know as soon as I receive your package in the mail; please keep your receipt with tracking information for reference. Please do not require a signature to receive your package. My shipping address is a PO Box, so you can rest assured your package will be received safely and remain secure. I will notify you once I have received your package and began crafting your custom keepsake. Communication is very important to me, so I will update you every step of the way!

Instructions on how to prepare and ship inclusions are below:

Breastmilk or Breastmilk Alternative Keepsake
– All that is needed is a 1/2 ounce
– Please double bag in a breastmilk storage bag
– Can be Fresh or Frozen
– Can be up to 20 years old! Just please, do not send any milk that has started to mold, this will not produce a pretty piece of jewelry!
– Please ship milk at room temperature, shipping from frozen will cause condensation to form as the milk thaws and this will cause the milk to be unable to be used.
– Label your package and breastmilk milk bag with NAME & ORDER # that is on your order form.
– If you would like any other inclusions added to the keepsake such as color, sparkle, shimmer, glitter, flakes, roses, etc., it needs to be added to your cart.
– Please leave a detailed description at checkout in the notes section being as specific as possible on the look you’re wanting to achieve.
– Do NOT send the last of anything; if it’s important to you, please keep some at home just in case.

 Cremation Keepsake
– Only a small amount of ashes are needed ½ – 1 teaspoon is all that is needed. I can work with human or animal ashes.
– Please label packaging with your name and order number.
– If you would like any other inclusions added to the ashes such as color, sparkle, shimmer, glitter, flakes, roses, etc., it needs to be added to your cart.
– Please leave a detailed description at checkout in the notes section being as specific as possible on the look you’re wanting to achieve.
– I will ALWAYS treat your ashes with dignity, care, respect, and love; and will return any unused ashes to you along with your completed jewelry.
– Please do NOT send the last of anything; I only need a small amount
– Triple Bag in a ziploc bag

 Hair/Fur Inclusions
– Only a small amount, 2-3 strands or a small clump is needed
– Make sure hair/fur is clean and dry
– Please place in a container labeled with your name & order number.

 Flower Inclusions
– Only 1-2 petals is needed
– Make sure petals are completely dried before shipping
– Please place in a ziplock bag and label bag with your name & order number

 Clothing Inclusions
– Only a small amount (1/2 an inch) is needed
– Please place in a ziplock bag and label bag with your name & order number

Any inclusion or even a combination of inclusions can be put into any jewelry setting or keepsake!

Please place each inclusion in its own separate bag and label each item before placing it in the parcel and shipping it. And please, never send the last of anything! Thank you for your cooperation.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your beautiful keepsake is completed and is shipped out to you.

I have no control on what happens to your package once I ship it out. I will always provide tracking information and communicate with you upon shipping. Since everything that I create is custom made, I do not accept returns or provide refunds if your order is to become lost in the mail. 

I am certified in the safest and most reliable form of breastmilk preservation. Once your milk is received, it is then sterilized and preserved into powder form. Then, I mix the preserved breastmilk powder with a special blend of resin material to create the perfect stone. Once the stone is handcrafted, I then cast that stone on to the jewelry setting of your choosing. It is a completely customizable way to create the perfect keepsake that will last a lifetime!

You are also able to add inclusions (color, glitter, shimmers, flowers, hair, etc.) to your piece to make it exactly how you want it. Just make sure you add those items to your order and communicate to me exactly what your vision is. My job is to make your dream comes to life. I truly love what I do and pour my heart into each piece that I create.

Keep in mind that each piece is customizable, and no two pieces will look the same. Breastmilk and breastmilk alternatives vary based on color and clarity of the milk being provided. Some milks are more white in color, and others are more yellow. If you are looking for a very specific look, please communicate that with me and we can talk about adding colors or shimmers to create the exact look you desire.

Once your memorial ash is received, I communicate to you that I received it safely. I am focused on remembering your loved one and the special relationship you had while I am crafting your keepsake. I mix the memorial ash with a special blend of resin material to create the perfect stone. You are also able to add inclusions (color, glitter, shimmers, flowers, hair, etc.) to your piece to make it exactly how you want it. Just make sure you add those items to your order and communicate to me exactly what your vision is. My job is to handcraft the perfect keepsake that will help cherish a beloved memory. I truly love what I do and pour my heart into each piece that I create. Once the stone is handcrafted, I then cast that stone on to the jewelry setting of your choosing. It is a completely customizable way to create the perfect keepsake to honor your loved one! I will always treat your memorial ashes with dignity, care, respect, and love; and will return any unused ashes to you along with your completed keepsake.

Your keepsake stone is a solid piece. Your piece is durable and built to last under normal wear and with proper care. Since this is a handmade piece, each item is unique in color. As with all resin items, small bubbles may appear, but I do my best to minimize this as much as possible. Bubbles do not interfere with the quality of the piece. It is common for resin to yellow over time, but I use high quality materials and if you follow the care instructions below, I am confident that you will not have any problems! I have handcrafted pieces that I have made for myself that are years old, and they look the same as the first day I made them!

I spend a lot of time crafting your customized creations, and as long as the care instructions are followed, your handcrafted piece will stay beautiful for a lifetime!

Store your beautiful keepsake in a cool, dry place. The resin material used in crafting your piece is water resistant not waterproof so avoid submerging it in water. Do not swim or shower/bathe with your piece. Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals, make-up, hair products, and essential oils. When washing your hands and using lotions, please remove your jewelry prior to application. Please remove your keepsake prior to exercising or going to sleep because perspiration and body oils can sometimes cause the stone to tarnish. Avoid wearing in extreme heat. When the keepsake is not being shown off and worn, please store safely out of direct sunlight.

If you follow these guidelines, I promise you, that your piece will look great for years to come!

As long as you strictly follow the care instructions given to you, your beautiful stone should last a lifetime! As your personal artisan, I stand by my work and my products! I do offer a limited warranty on all my handcrafted pieces. If anything happens to your piece within the first 3 months, I will replace the stone free of charge! (Less the cost of shipping) This is how confident I am in the quality of my work and that you will love your Katrina’s Keepsake!

Please be advised, returns are not accepted due to every piece being custom made. If there are any problems, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me so we can address any issues. I stand by my products and take pride in the items I create. I wish to create a truly amazing customer service experience for you.

I start working on your keepsake as soon as you place your order. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact me immediately and I will work with you the best that I can. But please be understanding if I am unable to accommodate your request if your piece has already been started.

If you are wanting to cancel an order, a 25% restocking & processing fee will occur. Please be advised that you will not be refunded the full amount.

Due to the nature of every keepsake being custom made, no returns will be accepted.

Please be aware that by purchasing an item from Katrina’s Keepsakes and sending in your inclusions, that you free Katrina’s Keepsakes, the designer, Katrina Sullivan, and all estate of Katrina Sullivan, from any liability of your inclusions. It is requested that you don’t send the last of any inclusions. All inclusions that you send, we are released from any liability or legal pursuit for any accidents or loss to your inclusions. Your order and sending of inclusions imply you agree and understand this policy.
